Office Manager

Position Description
In this administrative role, you'll be responsible for running the office and assisting with administrative duties for church staff.

Qualifications
  • Personal relationship with Jesus Christ
  • 2-3 years of office experience
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and Windows
  • Strong organizational, administrative and people skills

Primary Duties
  • Perform general office tasks (greet visitors, answer phones, manage email and USPS correspondence)
  • Manage technical aspects of the phone system, copiers, etc.
  • Manage church accounts with vendors and service providers
  • Order supplies
  • Maintain church database and Google Drive files
  • Manage church calendar
  • Assist with special events and planning for guest speakers

Hours: 18-20 per week
Pay rate: from $18.00 per hour
